It's Skin Aloe Relaxing Toner ($11 on eBay, $19 on Yesstyles, for 150ml)
You know the Harry Nilsson song "Without you", where the lyrics go as follows "I can't live... if living is without you"? Well, worry not, Harry clearly didn't sing about this toner. You can absolutely, 100%, live without it and you will be more than fine! Although it has watermelon, aloe and cucumber extracts, I don't feel it to be that hydrating nor soothing. It's pure liquid, but I just don't "feel it". Sorry, I can totally live without you.

Are you looking for an affordable collagen serum? You might want to try this. This Korean product is surprisingly very good-- my skin really enjoys it. It is an anti-age serum with hydrolised marine collagen. Increases skin elasticity and helps with renewal of skin cells. It is of light pink creamy consistency, which my dry skin really appreciates. Upon application, my face instantly becomes glowy and plump. Really hydrated too. It's almost scary how close this product has come to my favourite Algenist Collagen serum.
