Made in Germany, this is an oil made out carrot root extract. It is in fact a carrier oil, and when you read the ingredients on this box, you will understand that there are a lot of other oils in it. Carrot carrier oil is a tonic for the skin. It helps relieve itchy skin and can treat eczema. It possesses similar properties as carrot seed essential oil but much milder. Some of these benefits are: skin rejuvenation; brightens and gives a skin a slightly orange tint; smoothes out wrinkles and helps with sun damage. The list goes on. Please note that carrot oils can come from different parts of the carrot, and it is important to know which one you are using. Of course, as always, we recommend using after your moisturiser.
