Swanicoco Fermentation Peptine Eye Care Cream (20ml for $38)
With 8 proprietary peptides, this cream is supposed to "lift, firm and plump up fine lines and wrinkles". Apparently, the niacinamide in it is supposed to also erase dark circles. But marketing lingo aside (which is a blunt exaggeration of the benefits of this product), this product is pleasant. It's lighter in texture, sinks in well, feels nice and soft. But you will still have dark circles, and probably those lines too.
