Product review:
NIVEA MicellAIR Eye-makeup remover (125ml for $6)
The lightweight formula, infused with Micellar & black tea extract, is supposed to effectively sweep away waterproof mascara and eye make-up without rubbing or irritation. Except, it doesn't sweep away mascara. You have to sweep, sweep, sweep, and the mascara is still saying "hello, it's me!" (Yes, it starts singing Adele songs). So, basically, just like the wipes from the same series, it performs okay on the rest of the face, but eye makeup removal skills are mediocre.

NIVEA MicellAIR Professional Micellar Make-up Remover Wipes (20 wipes)
Nivea says the following about this product: "the formula with Micellar & black tea extract removes long-lasting make-up & waterproof mascara gently & effectively, without leaving greasy residue so your skin can breathe. The gentle formula cares for the sensitive eye area and protects beautiful lashes. -in one step effortlessly sweep away your long-lasting make-up & waterproof mascara -does not leave greasy residue so your skin can breathe -Cares for the sensitive eye area and protects beautiful lashes" We can confirm that almost none of it is true. In fact, when you read it, it sounds too good to be true. One-step sweep to remove my mascara? Oh please! More like 10-- and mascara is still on my lashes. And no, I don't wear waterproof one. Cares for sensitive eyes? In order to remove any eye makeup, you will be "sweeping" the eye area far too many times, after your under eye area starts gently burning. So, basically, it's okay to remove foundation and eye shadow (not the Huda Matte & Metal, however). But then again, any towel does that.
