Cover FX Anti-Age Smoothing Eye Primer (20ml)
We find under-eye primers extremely hard to find. We have been using the one from Smashbox (check out the review), and this is the second one we found. It retails at $34, and is actually of a light white cream texture (not what we expected). According to the brand, it is a "hybrid of an eye treatment and a primer. This antiaging primer immediately soothes, hydrates, and helps reduce the appearance of undereye puffiness. It also extends the wear of concealer and eye shadow". With a peptide complex. Can obviously be used on the lid as well. First off, the primer is very light-weight and absorbs immediately. We didn't notice any particular skincare benefits yet, but our concealer stayed on hydrated and we certainly didn't dry down under our eyes. So overall, we have nothing bad to say about it. However, many people don't know that there are under-eye concealers available-- so if you are suffering from dryness and wrinkles in that area, we recommend that you consider trying one.
