Farmacy Honey Potion (50g for $38)
This is a highly anticipated review, so please fasten your seat belts. In the event of loss of pressure, oxygen masks will appear. Put first the oxygen mask on yourself, then assist others. Breathe normally. Infused with powerful antioxidants, this is supposed to be an intensely hydrating natural mask which warms up when activated to revitalize skin. "Healing honey, soothing propolis and amino acid-rich royal jelly nourish dry skin and give it the support it needs for a younger appearance and that dewy glow. Essential B vitamins smooth skin while glycerin locks in moisture". Oh boy! I used it the first time in a bathtub. My body was already very warm. And then I put THIS on, and my face literally started burning from inside. Like, if I had burning coal under my skin. Hence, if you remember, my first reaction was that I wanted to take it off. It was absolutely unbearable. But it was not an allergic reaction. However, the next day, I could feel my skin being super hydrated. Next time I tried it, I was not in a bathtub. And it didn't burn. Yes, there was a nice gentle heat, and when you washed it off, that heat would intensify if your water was warm. This mask should only be washed off with ice-cold water. Note: when washing it off, please avoid the eye area. For those who have an allergy on any bee product, avoid it on your lids. You will not feel the result immediately, and this is something you have to note. You will feel the result in a hour. And the next day. Oh, and the packaging is awesome (this time around!). That metal spoon attaches magnetically to the lid. Fancy. Overall, I love this mask. Just don't use it in the bathtub unless you are after an extreme experience.

Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm ($34 for 90ml)
I am used to my TBS Chamomile and Clinique cleansing balms, so I was expecting a similar product here. And to no surprise, it is very similar, except more expensive than the aforementioned two. With moringa tree extract, sunflower and ginger root oils, papaya extract, lime, bergamot and orange essential oils. Now, for some people, esthetics doesn't matter, as long as the product works well. I beg to differ-- if I was buying Cartier jewellery, I would be shocked if they would put it into a transparent plastic bag, right? However, this is exactly what Farmacy has done here. On the second photo, you will see that the middle lid is made out super cheap thin plastic-- and that particular detail has turned me off. Now, you might say, "Get over it!", but I am buying the whole experience, so I beg to differ. Now to the actual product. No complaints here. It is indeed a solid green butter balm, but upon application, it turns into this really liquid-y oil, which is actually pretty cool. Removes eye-makeup well, did not irritate the eyes.
Do I think this product is better than the TBS or Clinique one? Absolutely not. Furthermore, it is actually more expensive than those two. So, if you want a luxurious experience, stick to Clinique. If you have dry skin, stick to TBS. I will of course finish this product, but repurchasing? Hell no.
