Essence Eyebrow Stylist Set (in blonde)
Are you after an eyebrow powder that would not cost a fortune but still be good? Well, here you are. We have used this set for over 10 years, and only stopped recently when we switched to the pomade. Costing an affordable $3, you can also buy this set in the brunette-duo colours. It comes with a small applicator, which surprisingly we always used, and 3 eyebrow templates (which we always threw away). You can apply the powder as is, but that would achieve a lighter finish. We recommend using a wet brush for application, even re-dipping it into water.
