Starskin Sculpting V-shape Compression Lace Mask (€12)

Have you ever put a soaked curtain on your face before? Well, here is your one-and-only chance. If you are going to a BDSM themed party, look no further-- with this mask, you will fit right in. This product is supposed to give you a tightening effect that visibly transforms sagging skin. I am not exactly sure when, on average, ones skin starts sagging, but I can confirm that at my humble age of 29, none of my body parts are sagging yet. This is a full face and neck mask-- everything is fixed at the ears. The mask is relatively big, so it doesn't sit too tightly. It is soaked in 45ml of serum-- crazy, if you think about it! Anyway, apart from being lacy, it has: coffee seed (for sculpting); Korean red pine (for contouring); golden chamomile (for shaping); and tremella mushroom for smoothing. The mask wears easily and comfortably. It is soaking wet, and even after 25min of wear has enough liquid for a second round (but please don't use it the second time around). Obviously, no real sculpting effect has been noticed-- for that, you would need to use the mask twice a week for at least 2 months, I feel (which, if you think about, will cost you quite a bit of money). From one use, the only thing you can really ascertain is that it is an extremely hydrating product for both face and chin. That's it. Back to the (BDSM) party!

Starskin VIP The Gold Mask ($15)

In the sheet mask world, this product is relatively expensive. But...but...but...it is worth it! Yes, I don't like putting anything coconutty onto my skin, but this product did not break me out. It left my face ultra hydrated. This is what the brand has to say about it: "deeply nourishing Evening Primrose extract (56%) leaves skin velvety soft while pure colloidal gold diminishes the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage. Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract helps boost collagen production; Adenosine firms skin and smooths wrinkles and Kudzu root extract brightens skin for an even-looking complexion". Those of you in Sweden can try the Skintology's mask, which is slightly cheaper than this one but is very similar!
