Coola Silk Drops SPF 30 (30ml for $46)
These are claimed to be some extraordinary sunscreen drops, I must tell you. They are marketed as to defend skin from UVA/UVB, High Energy Visible light (blue light), infrared, and pollution. Can they also defend the world from other aggressors like bad politicians, hunger, sickness and stupidity? I wish they did... Anyways, the product also has hyaluronic acid and an array of plant stem cells to help promote radiance and youthful-looking skin. Oh, and oils too. The creators say that this product is fast absorbing. Hmm... definitely not fast absorbing into the skin, I will tell you. If you want to walk around looking like a grease ball, then this product is great. If not, you should probably avoid it. On the second photo, you will see how much oil my oil-absorbing sheets picked up-- no, not after 2 mins after application. Nope, after 2 hours! (Clearly not absorbing anywhere anytime soon). My "beef" (and if you are vegan/vegetarian, my "falafel") with this product doesn't stop there. First, SPF 30 for summer for the face is actually not enough for me. SPF 50 is my level. Secondly, I have a suspicion that this product is breaking me out in some small white pimples across my face. Of course, this is not 100%, but I would give it 90%. Anyway, long story short. I will give you the same advice as I give to my girlfriends after their boyfriends break up with them. "You can do a lot better, my dear, a lot better".
