L300 Fresh Hydration Eye Makeup Remover (100ml for ca. $7) (Swedish brand)
Has no perfume. Good for sensitive skins. Mono-phase (not bi-phase), and yet very gentle. Not designed for waterproof makeup, however (which I avoid like the pest anyway). It removes eye makeup superbly. Normally, bi-phase removers perform better, but this product performs as well as my favourite bi-phase remover. I am not sure whether L300 is available outside of Sweden, however, but considering that the front label is written in English, I guess it is available outside of our beautiful country.
